The definition of the horn
The speaker, also called a speaker, is a very commonly used electro-acoustic transducing device, and can be seen in the outgoing electronic circuit. There are many kinds of horns and the prices are very different. Audio electrical energy causes electromagnetic sound, piezoelectricity, or electrostatic effects to cause its cone or diaphragm to vibrate the surrounding air and cause sound. According to the transduction mechanism and structure transfer ring (electric), capacitive (static), piezoelectric (crystal or ceramic), electromagnetic (pressure spring), ionized and pneumatic speakers, etc. The horn has the advantages of good electro-acoustic performance, solid structure, low cost, etc., and is widely used; it is divided into cone, horn, and diaphragm according to the sound radiation material; the shape of the cone is round, oval, double cone and eraser Folded ring; divided by the operating frequency of bass, midrange, treble, and some are also divided into tape recorders, televisions, general and high-fidelity speakers; according to voice coil impedance low impedance and high impedance; according to the effect of direct radiation and the environment Sound and so on.
The working principle of the horn
Different speakers work differently;
The most common and most typical is a cone-type horn, also known as a moving coil speaker. It consists of three parts:
1Vibration system, including cone cones, voice coils, centering brackets, etc.;
2 magnetic circuit system, including Yongyi magnets, magnetic plates and field columns;
3 auxiliary systems, including pot racks, wiring boards, blanking and dust caps. When a voice coil in a magnetic field passes an audio current, a magnetic field that changes with the audio current is generated. This magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet to cause the voice coil to vibrate in the axial direction because the speaker structure is simple and the bass sound is full. , soft sound quality, frequency bandwidth, but low efficiency.
